The agent of Arda Turan has confirmed to Sport.co.uk that the 24-year-old is looking to leave Galatasaray in the summer.
The agent has revealed that they are already in talks with a top European club over a proposed move at the end of the season.
Although negotiations remain ongoing with the unnamed club, the Turkish international's representative, Ahmet Bulut, has called upon the winger's other alleged suitors, which have previously included Premier League rivals Tottenham Hotspur, Liverpool and Chelsea, to make an offer for the player.
Once voted the eighth best youngster in world football by respected Spanish publication Don Balon, the Gala playmaker has been perennially linked with a host of the continent's top sides over the last three seasons, but until now has resisted the temptation to leave his boyhood club.
Reports last week intimated the winger had signed a pre-contract agreement with Atletico Madrid and although it was subsequently denied, Los Rojiblancos, Valencia and Real Madrid have all been credited with an interest.
Spurs manager Harry Redknapp reportedly had an offer rejected in the summer that allegedly included Mexican winger Giovanni Dos Santos, while Anfield chief Kenny Dalglish has monitored the player, who has regularly professed his desire to play for the Merseyside club.
Chelsea have also been accredited as admirers of the mercurial playmaker, and his agent has invited interested parties to formally register their intent to sign the player already capped 43 times by Turkey.
In an exclusive interview, his agent Ahmet Bulut told Sport.co.uk: "He has a contract with Galatasary so he cannot sign for another club.
"I can therefore confirm that he has not signed with any side.
"However, I can confirm we are talking with one very big club in Europe about a potential move in the summer.
"Unfortunately I cannot name the club. In the next 10-15 days we are looking to finalise a deal.
"It is not an English club we are talking to, but we are open.
"Any move is subject to Gala agreeing a fee as he is under contract and Arda has confirmed he wants to leave this summer."
