Premier League target Jeffren Suarez is set for crunch talks with Barcelona this week in a bid to decide his future.
The flying winger has been linked with Liverpool, Aston Villa and Fulham already this summer although only the Londoners are understood to have firmed up their interest with a bid.
With Barca expected to land fellow wideman Alexis Sanchez from Udinese, Jeffren looks certain to leave the Nou Camp this year.
It was originally thought that the 23-year-old would be sent to the Italian club as part of the deal for Sanchez but it has been reported that he does not want to join Udinese.
Now Jeffren, along with his father Efren, who also acts as his agent, will meet Barca's sporting director Andoni Zubizarreta to decide the winger's next step.
Having failed to establish himself in Pep Guardiola's first team, along with the arrival of Sanchez, £7m-rated Jeffren knows his future lies elsewhere.
Valencia are another team who have been monitoring his progress and would be keen to keep him in Spain following Joaquin's move to Malaga and the possible departure of Juan Manuel Mata.
But sources in Spain have indicated that he fancies a shot at Premier League football and that he could be tempted to move to England this summer.
