talkSPORT: LFC to battle PSG for Digne

Liverpool target Lucas Digne is close to signing for Paris Saint-Germain.

talkSPORT recently revealed how the Lille full-back was tempted by a move to PSG and it appears the switch is about to be made official.It represents a blow to Brendan Rodgers, who had tracked the 19-year-old for over a year.

However, the Liverpool manager has put a move for Digne on hold while he attempts to complete the signings of Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Simon Mignolet.

That has allowed PSG to step in and a five-year contract has been agreed in principle.
